Before you continue, sync your clips:
1. Select all clips in your timeline
2. Right-click the selection
3. Choose 'Synchronize'
4. Select the "Mix Down" sync method
5. Snap all clips to start of timeline
Make sure each track only has one clip. If there are multiple clips on the same track, move extras to different tracks first, then try again.
Premiere couldn't find a matching audio signal. Try boosting the volume on those clips, or move them closer to the correct position manually before syncing.
