Affiliate terms

1. Joining

• Anyone can apply at pxlsafe.com/earn. We also invite creators directly.
• We can approve or decline any application, and we don’t have to give a reason.
• One account per person. Your account is tied to the email you joined with; that’s how you sign in to your dashboard.

2. Your link and who counts as your customer

• You get a personal link, like pxlsafe.com/weddx?ref=yourname (pxlsafe.com/a/yourname works too). Add ?to=weddx, ?to=mvxai or ?to=autoreel to send people to one product’s page.
• Someone becomes your referred customer when they click your link and buy within 60 days, on any PxlSafe product. If they click another affiliate’s link after yours, the later click counts. If we gave you a personal discount code, a customer who uses it counts as yours too.
• If they first visit on their phone and send themselves our “continue on your computer” email, that link keeps your referral.
• Tracking needs cookies. Some browsers, ad blockers or private windows block it, and then we can’t see the referral. Our records decide who referred a customer.
• It doesn’t count when the customer:
  • already paid us before clicking your link (a returning customer),
  • is you, or someone buying on your behalf,
  • came through anything the rules in section 5 don’t allow.

3. What you earn

• 30% of everything a referred customer pays in their first 6 months (or the rate and period we agreed with you in writing, if different; an agreed period longer than 6 months covers the subscription you sent us), counted from their first payment (the $1 trial charge counts as the first one). That includes monthly renewals, yearly plans, upgrades and top-ups.
• Commission is on what we actually receive: after discounts, without sales tax or VAT.
• If a payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is taken back. If you were already paid for it, it comes off your next payouts.
• Commission is in US dollars.

4. Getting paid

• Every commission is on hold for 30 days, so refunds and chargebacks can clear, then becomes ready to pay.
• We pay on the 1st of every month once your ready-to-pay balance is $100 or more. Under $100, it rolls over to the next month.
• We pay by bank transfer, Payoneer, or another method we agree on with you. Add your payout details in your dashboard. We cover our side’s transfer fees; fees your bank or provider charges you are yours.
• You’re responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for the details we need for our records (for example your legal name, address or a tax form) before paying.

5. The rules

You can share your link wherever your audience already finds you: videos, descriptions, pinned comments, bio, stories, your newsletter, your course or community, DM automations people opt into.

You can’t:

1. Bid on our names in paid search or ads. No Google, Bing, YouTube, Meta or other ads that target or show the words PxlSafe, WeddX, MVX, MVX AI, AutoReel or AutoVFX (or misspellings of them), and no ads that send traffic straight to your link without our written OK.
2. Spam. No unsolicited emails, DMs or comments with your link, no posting it in groups or forums whose rules don’t allow self-promotion, no buying followers, views or clicks.
3. Post your link on coupon, deal, cashback or voucher sites, or offer people money or rebates to buy through you.
4. Pretend to be us. No accounts, pages, domains or app listings using our names or logos, and no changing our logos or mascots.
5. Mislead people. Show what the products really do, on real footage. No fake reviews, no invented results, no promises like “no editing needed” or “free forever”.
6. Buy through your own link, or have friends or clients do it just to earn commission.

Follow the advertising rules where you live and on the platforms you post on (for example the FTC Endorsement Guides in the US, or a platform’s paid-promotion setting).

If you break a rule, we can close your account and cancel any commission that hasn’t been paid yet. For a first, small, honest mistake we’ll usually just ask you to fix it.

6. Free access

While you’re in the program we give you free access to the product you promote, as described on pxlsafe.com/earn. Free access is for creating content, can’t be resold or shared, and we can change or end it at any time.

7. Changes and leaving

• We can change these terms or the commission. We’ll email you at least 30 days before a change that lowers what you earn; it only applies to customers referred after the change takes effect.
• You can leave any time by replying to any of our emails. We can end the program or your account with 30 days’ notice (or right away for a rule break).

8. The legal bits

• You’re an independent creator, not our employee, agent or partner. You can’t make promises or sign anything on our behalf.
• The program isn’t exclusive. You can promote other products, including competitors.
• You can use our name, logos and the clips in the brand kit only to promote PxlSafe products, and only while you’re in the program.
• We’re not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the commission we owe you.
