Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PxlSafe products and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our products.

Use License

Upon purchase, PxlSafe grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased product(s) in accordance with the terms of your plan:

• One-time purchase products (MVX, FXLab, Data, Master Bundle) include lifetime access and all future updates.
• Subscription products (AutoVFX, MVX AI) grant access for the duration of your active subscription.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key or account with others.
• MVX AI accounts are limited to 2 devices per account.

Refund Policy

All PxlSafe products come with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase or first charge. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within 7 days through our self-service refund page at pxlsafe.com/refund. For subscription products, subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Refund requests made after the 7-day window will generally not be honored. We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. For any refund questions, contact pxlsafesup@gmail.com.

Subscriptions, Cancellation & Pricing

Subscription products (AutoVFX, MVX AI) are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account at pxlsafe.com/manage-subscription or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

PxlSafe reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Continued use of the subscription after the updated pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged at the updated rate.

PxlSafe products are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the products and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. PxlSafe is not responsible for any data loss, project delays, or other damages arising from the use of our products.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
