Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PxlSafe products and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our products.

Use License

Upon purchase, PxlSafe grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased product(s) in accordance with the terms of your plan:

  • One-time purchase products (MVX, FXLab, Data, Master Bundle) include lifetime access and all future updates.
  • Subscription products (AutoVFX, MVX AI) grant access for the duration of your active subscription.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key or account with others.
  • MVX AI accounts are limited to 2 devices per account.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is our refund policy for each product:

MVX, FXLab, Data, Master Bundle (one-time purchases)

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Refunds are granted if the product does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. To request a refund, email pxlsafesup@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

AutoVFX (subscription)

You have 7 days from the date of your initial purchase to request a refund. Refunds are granted if the product does not function as described. Subsequent subscription renewals are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

MVX AI (subscription)

MVX AI includes a 24-hour free trial. After the trial period, your subscription begins. You have 7 days from the date of your first paid charge to request a refund if the product does not function as described. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime.

MVX AI Lifetime ($999)

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if the product does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

In all cases, refunds are intended for situations where the product does not work as advertised. We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests made after the stated window will generally not be honored.

Subscriptions & Cancellation

Subscription products (AutoVFX, MVX AI) are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Disclaimer

PxlSafe products are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the products and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. PxlSafe is not responsible for any data loss, project delays, or other damages arising from the use of our products.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
