Agreement to Terms

By accessing PxlSafe products and services, or by purchasing any PxlSafe product, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Completing checkout (including clicking a Get / Buy / Upgrade button that links to payment) constitutes your agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our products.

Use License

Upon purchase, PxlSafe grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased product(s) in accordance with the terms of your plan:

• One-time purchases (legacy MVX, standalone preset packs) include lifetime access and all future updates where stated at checkout.
• Subscription products (OneCut, MVX AI, AutoVFX, Master Bundle) grant access for the duration of your active subscription.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key or account with others.
• MVX AI accounts are limited to 2 devices per account.

Refund Policy

Most PxlSafe products (including OneCut and the Master Bundle) come with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase or first charge. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days through our self-service refund page at pxlsafe.com/refund. For subscription products, subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

AutoVFX is usage-gated. AutoVFX includes AI generation seconds. Within 7 days of purchase, a self-serve refund is available only if you have used 10 seconds or fewer of billed AI generation. Once more than 10 seconds have been billed, AutoVFX is not refundable for dissatisfaction with generated results (look, quality, style, or “didn’t work for my shot”). Within 7 days you may still email pxlsafesup@gmail.com for install/activate failure on a supported host app, a documented defect that blocks generation after support helps, or a duplicate/wrong charge. AutoVFX top-up packs are consumable and not eligible for self-serve refunds (duplicate/wrong charge only via email).

MVX AI and WeddX are different. Both are digital Premiere Pro plugins that produce AI-assisted starting edits from your footage and music. Shot selection, pacing, beat placement, and creative look are subjective. A working product that produces a Premiere sequence you simply do not prefer is not grounds for a refund.

Within 7 days of purchase, MVX AI and WeddX refunds are available only for technical non-performance, after you contact support and we have a reasonable chance to help:

• The plugin will not install or activate on a supported Premiere Pro version; or
• A documented product defect blocks core features (for WeddX: Analyze/Build; for MVX AI: organize, beat cut, or shot selection) so you cannot obtain a usable sequence; or
• Duplicate charge or wrong product purchased.

MVX AI and WeddX are not eligible for instant self-serve refunds. Within 7 days, submit a technical refund request for review at pxlsafe.com/refund (or email pxlsafesup@gmail.com). We review each request against the criteria above and may ask you to try a fix first. Change of mind, workflow fit, and dissatisfaction with creative results (pacing, shot choice, beat placement, color, style, or “didn’t save me time”) are not refundable.

Refund requests made after the applicable 7-day window will generally not be honored. We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. For any refund questions, contact pxlsafesup@gmail.com.

Subscriptions, Cancellation & Pricing

Subscription products (OneCut, MVX AI, AutoVFX, Master Bundle) are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account at pxlsafe.com/manage-subscription or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

PxlSafe reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Continued use of the subscription after the updated pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged at the updated rate.

PxlSafe products are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the products and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. PxlSafe is not responsible for any data loss, project delays, or other damages arising from the use of our products.

AI-assisted editing tools (including WeddX) produce automated suggestions and starting cuts. We do not warrant that any particular creative outcome, aesthetic, or time savings will meet your preferences. You remain responsible for reviewing and finishing the edit in your host application before delivering to clients.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
