By accessing PxlSafe products and services, or by purchasing any PxlSafe product, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Completing checkout (including clicking a Get / Buy / Upgrade button that links to payment) constitutes your agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our products.
Upon purchase, PxlSafe grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased product(s) in accordance with the terms of your plan:
Most PxlSafe products come with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase or first charge. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days through our self-service refund page at pxlsafe.com/refund. For subscription products, subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
MVX AI, WeddX, and AutoVFX are different. MVX AI and WeddX produce AI-assisted starting edits from your footage and music; AutoVFX generates new backgrounds, lighting, and effects from a prompt. Shot selection, pacing, beat placement, and creative look are subjective. A working product whose result you simply do not prefer is not grounds for a refund. AutoVFX includes a 3-day $1 trial so you can judge the results before you pay. AutoVFX top-up packs are consumable and are refundable only for a duplicate or wrong charge.
Bundles follow the same rule as their contents. The Wedding Stack, the Music Video Stack, and older bundles such as the Master Bundle and Founders Bundle each include MVX AI or WeddX, so they are governed by the technical-non-performance standard below rather than the general money-back guarantee, and they are not eligible for instant self-serve refunds.
Within 7 days of purchase, MVX AI, WeddX, AutoVFX, and bundle refunds are available only for technical non-performance, after you contact support and we have a reasonable chance to help:
MVX AI, WeddX, AutoVFX, and bundles are not eligible for instant self-serve refunds. Within 7 days, submit a technical refund request for review at pxlsafe.com/refund (or email support@pxlsafe.com). We review each request against the criteria above and may ask you to try a fix first. Change of mind, workflow fit, and dissatisfaction with creative results (pacing, shot choice, beat placement, color, style, or “didn’t save me time”) are not refundable.
Refund requests made after the applicable 7-day window will generally not be honored. We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. For any refund questions, contact support@pxlsafe.com.
Subscription products (MVX AI, WeddX, AutoVFX, and bundles such as the Wedding Stack and Music Video Stack) are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account at pxlsafe.com/manage-subscription or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. Where a plan offers a trial (free or paid, such as $1), a payment method is required at sign-up, the trial is limited to one per person, and the plan is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
PxlSafe reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Continued use of the subscription after the updated pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged at the updated rate.
PxlSafe products are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the products and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. PxlSafe is not responsible for any data loss, project delays, or other damages arising from the use of our products.
AI-assisted editing tools (including WeddX) produce automated suggestions and starting cuts. We do not warrant that any particular creative outcome, aesthetic, or time savings will meet your preferences. You remain responsible for reviewing and finishing the edit in your host application before delivering to clients.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
