Overview

This policy describes how PxlSafe ("we", "us") handles information when you visit pxlsafe.com, purchase our products, or use our Adobe extensions and related services.

What we collect

• Account & billing: email, name, and payment metadata processed by our payment providers (Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record for current purchases, and Lemon Squeezy for older ones). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Support: information you send via email or the contact form.
• Usage & analytics: basic site analytics (e.g. pages viewed, device type) where enabled, to improve the product and marketing.
• Instagram messages: when you comment a keyword or message @pxlsafe on Instagram, your Instagram username and user ID, the post you commented on, and the email you send us, so we can reply with the link you asked for and follow up by email. You can ask us to delete this any time (see data deletion).
• Product usage: data needed to authenticate subscriptions and deliver features inside our extensions, as described in each product's documentation.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies in two ways:

• Essential: required for the site to work (e.g. checkout, remembering your cookie choice). Always on.
• Analytics & advertising: Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity help us understand how the site is used and measure our ads. If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, or we can't tell where you are, none of them sets a cookie and the Meta Pixel sends nothing until you accept them in the cookie banner; until then Google Analytics and Clarity may still count page views, without cookies and without linking one page to the next. Everywhere else they run by default until you decline them, which puts them in that same mode. Wherever you are, you can change your choice, including taking back an Accept, at any time under Cookie settings.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, bill, and support our products
• Respond to support requests and security issues
• Improve our website and software
• Comply with legal obligations

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run the business (e.g. payments, email delivery, hosting, analytics) only as needed for those services. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of support emails or account-related data where applicable by contacting us.

Your choices

You can contact us to access, correct, or delete certain information we hold, subject to law and legitimate business needs (e.g. billing records).
